Ingredients

The Burger

  • 4 Quorn Burgers
  • 4 large tortilla wraps
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salad leaves
  • Mango and cucumber salsa
  • Guacamole
  • Breaded fried onion rings

Guacamole

  • 3 avocados, peeled, de-stoned and sliced
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled and finely grated
  • Juice of 1 lime

Mango and cucumber salsa

  • Small mango, peeled, de-stoned and finely diced
  • 15 cm cucumber, peeled, de-seeded and finely diced
  • 1 small red chilli, de-seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 coriander plant, leaves roughly chopped

Parsnip and carrot slaw

  • 2 large carrots
  • 2 large parsnips
  • 1 l oil for frying, e.g. rapeseed oil (also for onions)

Roasted jalapeño mayonnaise

  • 2 jalapeños
  • 100 ml mayonnaise, home-made or Hellmann’s
  • Juice of ½ lime

Breaded fried onions

  • 1 white onion, cut into ½ cm slices
  • 200 ml milk
  • 120 g flour
  • 1 egg, whisked
  • 100 g panko breadcrumbs
