Just create your favourite sauce, and then add the Quorn Pieces in the last 12-15 minutes of cooking. Quorn Pieces work brilliantly in curries, stir fries, pasta bakes, stroganoffs, fajitas, kebabs and so many other irresistible healthy meal ideas. For a mouth-watering and quick lunch, cook Quorn Pieces and toss them with a couscous or pasta salad. Easy!
When you use Quorn products in homemade recipes like cottage pie, Bolognese, curry and chilli, they are perfectly safe to re-heat if they’ve been kept nice and cool in the fridge and are eaten within 48 hours. If you can resist them for that long!
Tasty leftovers from your Quorn recipes can easily be used for the next day’s lunch or dinner.
There are just a few things you need to remember. Once any leftovers are cooked, cool quickly, cover and keep in the fridge. Use within 48 hours and make sure when reheating that all the food is piping hot before serving. Remember, don’t reheat more than once.
