Great reverie, have been making it for some years now and the guests are always impressed. Children love it. Adding couple of fresh lime leaves at the end adds a special touch!

Great recipe! The Katsu curry was really tasty and the instructions were clear. I added a little bit of peanut putter for some crunch but it was delicious either way! I didn’t have sticky rice so we had udon noodles which worked really well! All in all I’m impressed and so were the rest of the family and will be cooking this again!
