  • 1 Quorn Vegan Gourmet Burger
  • 1 vegan brioche bun sliced in half (or other hamburger roll)
  • Pickled red onion
  • Sprouts
  • Hommus
  • Sriracha mayonnaise
  • Salad leaves
  • Rainbow slaw
  • Beetroot hummus
  • Sliced cooked beetroot
  1. Grill or fry the Quorn Gourmet Burger by following the packaging instructions.
  2. Assemble the burger using the bottom half of the brioche bun, sliced beetroots, salad, pickled red onion, beetroot hummus, Quorn Gourmet Burger, hommus, rainbow slaw, sriracha mayonnaise, more pickled red onion and bean sprouts. Top it with the second half of the bun.
