  • 400 ml low-fat coconut milk, refrigerated
  • 150g frozen peas
  • 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
  • 1 tbsp toasted desiccated coconut or chopped peanuts and fresh coriander, to serve (optional)
