Ingredients

  • 1 Quorn Crunchy Chicken Fillet Burger, cooked according to package instructions
  • 1 tortilla
  • 1 flour tortilla
  • 1 tbsp spicy vegan mayo
  • 8-10 tortilla chips
  • 80g guacamole
  • 60g tomato salsa
  • 20g shredded lettuce
  • 6 slices of jalapeno peppers
  • 50g grated vegan cheese

Method

  1. Spread 1 tbsp spicy vegan mayo on a large tortilla and place one Quorn Crunchy Chicken Fillet Burger in the centre
  2. Top with an even layer of tortilla chips, followed by a layer of the guacamole, salsa and shredded lettuce
  3. Evenly space the sliced of jalapeno peppers and finish with a layer of grated vegan cheese
  4. Top with the mini tortilla and carefully fold the tortilla edges round to create a wrap
  5. Place in a hot pan, fold side down. Cook until golden brown on the underside, flip and cook again until evenly golden.
