Cooking Instructions

Frozen

Quorn Swedish Style Meatballs (300g)

Cook from frozen. Remove all packaging. For best results PAN cook.

Preheat 1 tbsp of oil. Fry over a medium heat, turning frequently.

(oven) 20 MIN

Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C Fan forced. Place on a baking tray. Cook on the middle shelf.
