This recipe was to die for! I doubled it as I wanted to make 8 portions. It tasted amazing. Just one thing I would change is the stock. I would add less water to it. The same amount of stock cubes but less water. I also doubled the amount of pak choy and loved it!

Tried this recipe and loved it. Makes a lot, so I halved the ingredients.
