Make your chips by coating the sliced potatoes in ½ a tbsp of oil and air frying for 20 minutes on 180 degrees.
Meanwhile, fry off the Quorn Mince, onion and pepper in a large pan for around 5 minutes. Add in the chopped garlic, smoked paprika and onion granules and cook for a further 2 minutes.
Add half the chopped dill to a pan, along with the chopped pickles and cook for a further 3 minutes.
Once all cooked through, add your chips to a bowl with the salad, Quorn Mince mixture, grated cheese and burger sauce. Top with the rest of the dill and enjoy!
