Cook from frozen. Remove all packaging. For best results HOB cook.

Preheat 1 tbsp of oil Fry over a medium heat, turning frequently.
GRILL 14 MIN
Preheat grill. Brush with a little oil, cook on a medium heat, turning frequently. Check product is piping hot before serving. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only.
Quorn foods have a vegan range which is suitable for those following a vegan diet. Products in the range include Vegan Burgers, Fish Free Fillets, Schnitzel and Nuggets.
The majority of the Quorn product range still contain a small amount of egg white or milk ingredients, so are not suitable for vegans. However, we are constantly investigating different ways to produce Quorn products to make them suitable for Vegans.
When you use Quorn products in homemade recipes like cottage pie, Bolognese, curry and chilli, they are perfectly safe to re-heat if they’ve been kept nice and cool in the fridge and are eaten within 48 hours. If you can resist them for that long!
