Serve Quorn Fillets with Tomatoes, Onions and Cream Fraiche for a warming and vegetarian meal.

  • 300g Quorn Vegan Fillets
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 200ml crème fraîche
  • 200 g Passata
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 200 g of uncooked rice
  1. Thaw the fillets.
  2. Cook the rice as directed.
  3. Scale and chop the onion nicely. Cut the fillets into elongated strips and then fry together with onions in oil for a few minutes until the onions soften. Add tomato paste.
  4. Pour in passata, crème fraîche and mustard. If necessary dilute with a little water. Let simmer 5-10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Serve with boiled rice.
