Make this incredible vegan green burger for a healthy and fulfilling meal. A green choice – in more ways than one! Make our green vegan burger with a tasty green pea hummus and top it with pickled carrots for to complete the meal with extra colour and crunch.

  • 2 Quorn Vegan Gourmet Burgers
  • 1 large double burger
  • 1 vegan brioche bun sliced in half
  • Green pea hommus (or your favourite Hommus)
  • Kale
  • Thinly sliced pickled carrots
  • Sprouts
  • Vegan mayonnaise
  1. Grill or fry the Quorn Gourmet Burger by following the packaging instructions.
  2. Assemble the burger using the bottom half of the brioche bun, hommus, Quorn Gourmet Burger, kale, pickled carrots, bean sprouts, vegan mayonnaise. Repeat this for another layer and top it with the second half of the brioche bun.
