Stir Fried Quorn Mince with Hoisin Noodles

Simply delicious, this is a great combination!

Let's Cook!

  1. Combine hoisin sauce, soy, rice wine and chilli in a bowl. Add frozen Quorn Mince, stir well to coat in sauce and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a wok, cook spring onion for 1 minute.
  3. Add Quorn Mince mixture, stir fry for 2 minutes. Add snow peas, pak choy and water; cook for 1 minute to soften vegetables.
  4. Lastly toss in bean sprouts and noodles, heat through and serve immediately.


Ingredients

1/3 cup hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice wine or dry sherry
1 teaspoon finely chopped red chilli
300g packet frozen Quorn Mince
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
4 spring onions, chopped
100g snow peas, halved lengthways
1 bunch pak choy, roughly chopped
¼ cup water
1 cup bean sprouts
350g thin egg noodles, cooked
