Singapore Noodles

Let's Cook!

  1. Combine frozen Quorn mince, hoisin sauce, garlic, rice wine, chilli and soy sauce, mixing well.
  2. Heat half the oil in a non-stick pan or wok on a high heat, add the mince mixture and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add the snow peas and spring onion and continue to stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  4. Stir in prepared noodles, bean sprouts and pak choi, heat through and serve immediately.

300g packet frozen Quorn Mince

½ cup Hoisin sauce

1 clove garlic, crushed

2 tablespoons rice vinegar

1 small red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped

2 tablespoons light soy sauce

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

100g snow peas, halved lengthways

6 spring onions, chopped

400g chilled Singapore noodles, cooked

1 cup bean sprouts

200g pak choi, cho sum or bok choy, chopped
