Chilli Con Quorn

A marvellous Chilli recipe, ready in 25 minutes and packed with flavour!

Let's Cook!

  1. Heat oil in a large frying pan. Cook onion and garlic for 3 minutes until soft and lightly browned. Add frozen Quorn Mince, chilli powder and cumin; cook for 3 minutes.
  2. Add tomatoes, vegetable stock , capsicum, kidney beans and tomato paste. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. Serve with jacket potatoes or boiled rice.

TIP: Top with a spoonful of sour cream if desired. Serve as a filling for tacos.

1 tablespoon oil
1 onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
300g packet frozen Quorn Mince
½ teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon chilli powder
400g can chopped tomatoes
1 cup vegetable stock
1 green capsicum, deseeded and chopped
420g can red kidney beans, drained
½ cup tomato paste
