Chilli Con Quorn
A marvellous Chilli recipe, ready in 25 minutes and packed with flavour!

- Heat oil in a large frying pan. Cook onion and garlic for 3 minutes until soft and lightly browned. Add frozen Quorn Mince, chilli powder and cumin; cook for 3 minutes.
- Add tomatoes, vegetable stock , capsicum, kidney beans and tomato paste. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Serve with jacket potatoes or boiled rice.
TIP: Top with a spoonful of sour cream if desired. Serve as a filling for tacos.
